Hi, I’m Ayu!

I’m a Seattle-based illustrator & designer with a passion for storytelling. My work draws inspiration from anywhere I can find it; be it my favorite shows, movies, or vague personal life experiences. I gravitate towards trying to celebrate the generally mundane moments of our everyday lives either through comedy or through heart-felt revelation.

When not painting or laying out a comic, I can be found whittling, reading or spending some time hiking up a steep hill on a nearby trail.
